Service

(1) Insofar as service by authorities of the Federation, of corporations, institutions and foundations under public law directly subject to the Federation is prescribed, sections 2 to 10 of the Administrative Service of Documents Act apply. Section 5(4) of the Administrative Service of Documents Act and section 178(1), no. 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply correspondingly to persons admitted as authorised representatives under section 73(2), second sentence, nos. 5 to 9 and third sentence of the Social Courts Act. These provisions also apply insofar as service is prescribed by the bodies competent under Land law to implement the Fourteenth Book.
(2) For the other authorities, the respective Land-law provisions on the service procedure apply.
