(1) Insofar as a reimbursement claim exists, the claim of the person entitled against the provider of benefits obliged to render the benefit is deemed satisfied.
(2) Where the person entitled has claims against several providers of benefits, the claim that the provider that has rendered the social benefit determines is deemed satisfied. The determination must be made towards the person entitled without delay, and communicated to the other providers of benefits.
