Where several providers of benefits have, in the individual case, rendered social benefits, and, in the cases of section 116(2) and (3), the passed claim to compensation for the damage is limited, the providers of benefits are joint creditors. Among themselves, they are obliged to equalisation in the proportion of the social benefits rendered by them. Insofar, however, as a social benefit is rendered by only one provider of benefits alone, the compensation claim vests, in the internal relationship, only in that provider. The providers of benefits may agree another basis of equalisation.
