Transitional application to procedures

(1) Procedures already commenced are to be concluded under the provisions of this Act.
(2) The admissibility of a legal remedy against decisions issued before this Act enters into force is governed by the provisions previously applicable.
(3) Time limits whose running began before this Act enters into force are computed under the legal provisions previously applicable.
(4) For the reimbursement of costs in the objection procedure, the provisions of this Act apply where the objection procedure had not yet been concluded before this Act enters into force.
