(1) Voting is by acclamation or show of hands where no member of the committee objects; otherwise by ballot paper. On the demand of a member, voting must be secret.
(2) The person receiving the most votes cast is elected. In the event of a tie, the lot drawn by the person conducting the election decides.
(3) Where several like electoral seats are to be filled, election is by the d'Hondt highest-figure method, unless something else has been unanimously resolved. In the event of an equal highest figure for the last electoral seat, the lot drawn by the person conducting the election decides.
