A record must be made of the meeting. The record must contain particulars of 1. the place and day of the meeting; 2. the names of the chair and of the committee members present; 3. the matter dealt with and the applications made; 4. the resolutions adopted; 5. the result of elections. The record is to be signed by the chair and, insofar as a recording clerk has been engaged, also by that clerk.
