Regulatory offences

(1) A regulatory offence is committed by whoever 1. does not take on an honorary activity although obliged to take it on; 2. resigns, without recognisable ground, from an honorary activity that he or she was obliged to take on.
(2) The regulatory offence may be sanctioned with a fine.
