(1) The representative must safeguard the interests of the persons represented with care. He or she may carry out all procedural acts relating to the administrative procedure. He or she is not bound by instructions.
(2) Section 14(5) to (7) applies correspondingly.
(3) The representative appointed by the authority has a claim, against its legal entity, to reasonable remuneration and to reimbursement of his or her cash expenses. The authority may demand reimbursement of its outlays from the persons represented in equal shares. It determines the remuneration and assesses the expenses and outlays.
