Application of the provisions on the plan approval procedure

(1) Where a plan approval procedure is ordered by legal provision, sections 73 to 78 apply to it and, insofar as nothing different follows from them, the other provisions of this Act; sections 51 and 71a to 71e do not apply, and section 29 applies with the proviso that inspection of the files is to be granted in the exercise of due discretion.
(2) The communication under section 17(2), second sentence and the call under section 17(4), second sentence must be publicly notified in the plan approval procedure.
