Transfer of municipal functions

The Land governments may, by statutory instrument, transfer the functions incumbent on the municipalities under sections 73 and 74 of this Act to another municipal territorial corporation or an administrative association. Legal provisions of the Länder that already contain corresponding rules remain unaffected.
