(1) An administrative act issued to establish or enforce the claim of a public-law legal entity suspends the limitation of that claim. The suspension ends with the administrative act becoming unchallengeable, or six months after it is otherwise disposed of.
(2) Where an administrative act within the meaning of subsection (1) has become unchallengeable, the limitation period is 30 years. Insofar as the administrative act concerns a claim to recurring benefits regularly falling due in future, the limitation period applicable to that claim remains unaffected.
