Authority participation

(1) On the laying open of the plan, the plan approval authority calls electronically on the authorities whose area of responsibility is affected by the project to submit comments.
(2) The authorities must submit their comments electronically within a period to be fixed by the plan approval authority. The period may not exceed three months. Comments received after expiry of the period under the first sentence must be taken into account where the interests put forward are known, or should have been known, to the plan approval authority, or where they are material to the lawfulness of the decision. Otherwise they may be taken into account.
(3) An authority affected in several areas of responsibility must submit a single comment consistent in content.
