Applicability

(1) Where it is ordered by legal provision that an administrative procedure may be conducted through a single point of contact, the provisions of this Chapter apply and, insofar as nothing different follows from them, the other provisions of this Act.
(2) The competent authority is subject to the duties arising from section 71b(3), (4) and (6), section 71c(2) and section 71e even where the applicant or the person subject to a duty of notification addresses himself or herself directly to the competent authority.
