Persons called upon to carry out honorary activity may be removed by the body that appointed them, where good cause exists. Good cause exists in particular where the person carrying out honorary activity
1. grossly breaches his or her duty, or has shown himself or herself unworthy;
2. can no longer properly carry out his or her activity.
