Exercise of honorary activity

(1) A person carrying out honorary activity must carry out that activity conscientiously and impartially.
(2) On taking on his or her functions, that person must be specially placed under a duty of conscientious and impartial activity and of secrecy. The undertaking of this duty must be recorded in the files.
