Secrecy

The parties have a claim to the effect that their secrets, in particular secrets belonging to their personal sphere of life, as well as trade and business secrets and other data requiring secrecy that concern parts of an infrastructure that
1. have either been determined as critical infrastructure by legal provision, or
2. are of particular need of protection for safeguarding public security and are material to the functioning of the infrastructure, are not disclosed without authorisation by the authority.
