(1) Before a resolution order is issued, the resolution authority 1. ensures that a fair and prudent valuation of the assets and liabilities of the institution or group entity is carried out by an independent expert valuer, in accordance with sections 69 to 75, or 2. carries out, at least, a provisional valuation in accordance with section 74.
(2) A valuation under sections 69 to 75 may be reviewed by a court only in connection with the judicial review of a resolution action or of the application of the instrument for the participation of holders of relevant capital instruments.
