The resolution authority is competent for the group resolution of an institution or a superordinate undertaking where the supervisory authority is the consolidating supervisory authority, or, where the European Central Bank is the consolidating supervisory authority, where the supervisory authority would be the consolidating supervisory authority without the application of Regulation (EU) No 1024/2013.
