Obtaining the consent of shareholders; reporting obligations to shareholders

(1) An intragroup financial support agreement becomes effective only as between those parties whose shareholders consent to the agreement. Where the shareholders take their decisions at a meeting on account of the legal form of the institution or financial institution, the consent of the meeting takes the place of the consent of the shareholders.
(2) The management body of each undertaking that is a party to an intragroup financial support agreement reports to the shareholders, at least annually, on the state of implementation of the agreement and on the implementation of all decisions taken on the basis of the agreement.
