Legal remedies

(1) No objection proceedings are conducted against a resolution action under Article 27(1) or Articles 48 to 59 of Regulation (EU) 2021/23. An action for annulment against resolution actions of the resolution authority, including the threat and imposition of coercive measures under this Act, has no suspensive effect.
(2) Objections and actions for annulment against administrative acts, including the threat and imposition of coercive measures, based on Articles 9, 10, 13, 15, 16, 18 and 19 of Regulation (EU) 2021/23 and on section 152d of this Act, have no suspensive effect.
(3) Section 179(2) to (4) applies correspondingly.
