Access to information

To protect effective recovery and resolution planning and the effective application of the resolution tools, access is not granted to information that has been transmitted to the supervisory authority or the resolution authority in connection with recovery planning under sections 12 to 21 or resolution planning under sections 40 to 48, or that has arisen at the supervisory authority or the resolution authority in connection with the valuation under section 69 or the marketing process under section 126.
