Other provisions

(1) As regards the passing on of information for the purposes of criminal or civil proceedings, the provisions of section 9 of the Banking Act apply correspondingly.
(2) As regards a claim against an employee of a nationally competent authority acting under this Act, based on a breach of confidentiality within the meaning of this Act, the provisions of section 181 apply.
