Where the resolution conditions are satisfied, the resolution authority may issue the resolution order as a general administrative order. Section 10(1), sections 11, 77(9), section 137(1), second sentence, and (2) and (3), and sections 139 to 143, 145, 148, 151, and 152 apply correspondingly.
