Implementation of the business reorganisation plan; later revisions

(1) The management of the institution or group entity, or the person appointed as special manager under section 87, implements the approved business reorganisation plan and reports to the resolution authority on progress with its implementation at least every six months.
(2) On the resolution authority's request, the management of the institution or group entity, or the person appointed as special manager under section 87, revises the plan, where the resolution authority, in consultation with the supervisory authority, considers this necessary to achieve the objective referred to in section 104(1), and submits it to the resolution authority for approval. Subsection (1) applies correspondingly to the implementation of the amended plan.
