Competent administrative authority

The administrative authority within the meaning of section 36(1), point 1, of the Regulatory Offences Act is the supervisory authority, in the cases under section 172(1), points 1 to 4 and 8, and section 172a(1), points 1 to 3, and, in all other cases, the resolution authority.
