Issuance and publication of the resolution order

(1) The resolution order is issued as a general administrative order. No separate notification to the parties concerned is required, nor is any separate transmission to the competent works council.
(2) The resolution order must be published without delay after being issued, in accordance with section 140(4).
(3) The publication also includes particulars of the recipient legal entity's declaration of consent and of the capital increase resolutions under section 109.
