Possibility of deduction

The resolution authority may direct that fees and charges under the Federal Fees Act, and reimbursement of costs under section 15(1), first sentence, point 11, of the Act on the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, be settled in advance by deduction from the following items: 1. consideration owed by the recipient legal entity under section 111(2), or 2. proceeds in connection with the resolution of a bridge institution or an asset management vehicle.
