Admission to trading and inclusion in trading of newly issued securities

(1) Securities issued for the purpose of applying the instrument for the participation of holders of relevant capital instruments or the creditor participation instrument are admitted to trading on the regulated market of every domestic exchange, where securities of that type were already admitted to trading on the regulated market of a domestic exchange before the instrument for the participation of holders of relevant capital instruments or the creditor participation instrument was applied.
(2) The resolution authority notifies the management of the exchange concerned of the characteristics of the security to be introduced under subsection (1), first sentence. The provisions of the respective exchange rules on introduction under section 38(1) of the Stock Exchange Act apply correspondingly to the notification.
(3) The exchange commences quotation of the security (introduction) on the third exchange trading day following the notification under subsection (2).
(4) Section 38(2) to (4) of the Stock Exchange Act does not apply to the cases under this provision.
(5) The continuing obligations arising from the introduction must be satisfied by the institution or group entity.
