Transmission of information on the resolution conditions

Where the resolution authority reaches the assessment that an institution or group entity that is a member of a group satisfies the conditions of section 62 or section 64, and that institution or group entity is not an EU parent undertaking, the resolution authority transmits, without delay, the following information to the authority responsible for group resolution, to the consolidating supervisory authority, and to the members of the resolution college responsible for the group concerned: 1. its assessment that the institution or group entity concerned satisfies the conditions of section 62 or section 64, and 2. particulars of the resolution actions, or of possible insolvency proceedings, that the resolution authority considers appropriate for the institution or group entity concerned.
