Disclosure obligations

(1) Each undertaking of a group must disclose whether it is a party to an intragroup financial support agreement. Each party to an intragroup financial support agreement must, further, disclose the general terms of the agreement and the names of the group undertakings involved. The particulars to be disclosed under the first and second sentences must be updated at least once a year.
(2) Articles 431 to 434 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 apply.
