Successor undertakings of the Deutsche Bundespost

From 1 January 1995, authorisation under section 32 is deemed to have been granted for the Deutsche Bundespost successor undertaking POSTBANK. In the aggregation under section 19(2), first sentence, interests in the Deutsche Bundespost successor undertakings held by the Bundesanstalt für Post und Telekommunikation Deutsche Bundespost are not taken into account until 31 December 2002.
