(1) After hearing the Deutsche Bundesbank, the Federal Government may, by statutory instrument, issue provisions for the resumption of payment and transfer transactions and of stock exchange dealings, for the period after a temporary closure of the credit institutions and exchanges under section 46g(1), points 2 and 3. In doing so, it may, in particular, determine that the payment out of credit balances is subject to temporary restrictions. Such restrictions may not be ordered for sums of money accepted after a temporary closure of the credit institutions.
(2) The statutory instruments issued under subsection (1) and under section 46g(1) cease to have effect three months after their promulgation, unless repealed earlier.
