Unauthorised disclosure of information on large loans

(1) Whoever discloses information contrary to section 14(2), tenth sentence, is liable to imprisonment not exceeding one year or to a fine.
(2) Where the offender acts for consideration or with the intention of enriching himself or another, or of causing harm to another, the penalty is imprisonment not exceeding two years or a fine.
(3) The act is prosecuted only upon request.
