Limitation of claims against members of governing bodies of credit institutions

(1) Claims of credit institutions against managers and members of the supervisory or administrative body, arising from the governing-body and employment relationship, on account of a breach of duties of care, become time-barred after ten years.
(2) Subsection (1) also applies to claims that arose before 15 December 2010 and have not yet become time-barred.
