Duties of the administrator

(1) The administrator monitors that the refinancing register is properly maintained. However, it is not among the administrator's duties to examine whether the items entered are items of the refinancing undertaking, or items capable of being entered under section 22d(2).
(2) In particular, the administrator of the refinancing register must ensure that 1. the division requirements of section 22a(1), second sentence, and section 22b(1), second sentence, are observed, 1a. the refinancing register contains the particulars required under section 22d(2), 2. the time particulars contained in the refinancing register are correct, and 3. the entries are not subsequently altered. In other respects, the administrator of the refinancing register need not verify the substantive correctness of the refinancing register.
