Relationship of the administrator to the Federal Institute

(1) The administrator must provide the Federal Institute with information on the findings and observations made in the course of the administrator's activity, and must also, without being requested, make notifications where circumstances indicate that the register is not being properly maintained.
(2) The administrator is not bound by instructions of the Federal Institute.
