Applications under Regulation (EU) No 909/2014; duty of confidentiality

(1) The documents to be submitted to the Federal Institute under Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 must be prepared and submitted in German and, at the Federal Institute's request, additionally in English. The Federal Institute may permit the documents, or parts of them, to be prepared and submitted exclusively in English.
(2) Applications must be transmitted to the Federal Institute electronically. The electronic transmission must take place in a data format determined by the Federal Institute and via a transmission channel determined by the Federal Institute.
(3) The duty of confidentiality under section 9 applies correspondingly to the performance of tasks under section 6(1c).
