Documents and applications under Regulation (EU) 2022/858

(1) The documents to be submitted to the Federal Institute under Regulation (EU) 2022/858 must be submitted in German. They must be submitted additionally in English at the Federal Institute's request. The Federal Institute may permit the documents, or parts of them, to be prepared and submitted exclusively in English. Where the Federal Institute requires submission in both languages, only the German-language version is legally authoritative.
(2) Applications under Regulation (EU) 2022/858 must be transmitted to the Federal Institute electronically. The data format and transmission channel are to be determined by the Federal Institute.
