Authorisation for existing credit institutions

Insofar as a credit institution was permitted, at the time this Act entered into force, to conduct banking business to the extent described in section 1(1), authorisation under section 32 is deemed to have been granted. The period named in section 35(1) begins to run upon this Act's entry into force.
