(1) The provisions of this Division also apply to operators of organised markets, insofar as they operate a multilateral DLT trading facility within the meaning of Article 2, point 6, of Regulation (EU) 2022/858, or a DLT trading and settlement system within the meaning of Article 2, point 10, of Regulation (EU) 2022/858.
(2) The Federal Institute's powers under section 44 apply correspondingly to operators of organised markets, insofar as requirements under Regulation (EU) 2022/858 are concerned.
