Legal form

(1) Credit institutions that require a licence under section 32(1) may not be operated in the legal form of a sole trader.
(2) Undertakings that provide the financial services of factoring under section 1(1a), second sentence, point 9, or of finance leasing under section 1(1a), second sentence, point 10, may not be operated in the legal form of a sole trader.
