The provisions of this Act on central securities depositories also apply to DLT settlement systems within the meaning of Article 2, point 7, of Regulation (EU) 2022/858, and to DLT trading and settlement systems within the meaning of Article 2, point 10, of Regulation (EU) 2022/858, that are based on an authorisation under Regulation (EU) No 909/2014.
