Holders of significant participating interests

Section 2c(2), in conjunction with (1b), first sentence, points 1, 3, and 4 to 6, applies correspondingly, insofar as the Federal Institute is to take the necessary measures under Article 30(4) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 to end influence exercised by the persons named in Article 30(1) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 that is likely to operate to the detriment of the sound and prudent management of a central counterparty; section 44b applies correspondingly.
