Agreements deviating from section 192 (5) sentence 2, sections 194 to 199, and sections 201 to 207, to the detriment of the policyholder or the insured person are not permitted. As regards the termination of the contract by the policyholder in accordance with section 205, the contracting parties may agree that this must be made in writing.
