Events and businesses endangering young persons

Where a public event or a commercial business poses a danger to the physical, mental or emotional well-being of children or young persons, the competent authority may order that the organiser or business operator may not permit children and young persons to be present. The order may contain age limits, time limits or other conditions, where these exclude or substantially reduce the danger.
