Amusement arcades, games of chance

(1) Children and young persons may not be permitted to remain in public amusement arcades or similar premises predominantly serving gaming operations.
(2) Children and young persons may be permitted to participate in games offering the chance of winning in public only at folk festivals, marksmen's festivals, fairs, specialised markets or similar events, and only on condition that the prize consists of goods of low value.
