(1) Responsible for performing the tasks carried out under this Act in Federal administration is the Federal Review Board for Media Harmful to Young Persons, as an independent higher Federal authority; it bears the designation "Federal Agency for Child and Youth Protection in the Media" (Federal Agency) and is subordinate to the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
(2) The Federal Agency is headed by a Director (agency management).
