Report and evaluation

This Act shall be evaluated five years after its entry into force, to examine the extent to which the protected interests set out in section 10a have been achieved. The Federal Government shall inform the German Bundestag of the outcome of the evaluation. Thereafter, a report shall be made to the advisory board every two years on the further development in achieving the protected interests under section 10a. Every four years, this report must be submitted by the Federal Government to the German Bundestag.
