(1) Children and young persons under 16 may not, and young persons aged 16 or over may be permitted only until midnight at the latest, to attend public dances without being accompanied by a person with the right of custody or a person entrusted with upbringing.
(2) By way of derogation from paragraph 1, children may be permitted to attend until 10 p.m., and young persons under 16 until midnight, where the dance is organised by a recognised provider of youth welfare assistance or serves artistic activity or the preservation of customs.
(3) The competent authority may approve exceptions.
