Duty to check and provide proof

(1) Insofar as, under this Act, it is relevant whether a person is accompanied by a person entrusted with upbringing, the persons named in section 1(1) no. 4 must, on request, demonstrate their entitlement. Organisers and business operators must check the entitlement in cases of doubt.
(2) Persons subject to age limits under this Act must, on request, provide suitable proof of their age. Organisers and business operators must check the age in cases of doubt.
